Job description
Position Title SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Senior Consultant Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Global Trade Services solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure compliant global trade operations, optimize cross-border processes, and support regulatory requirements including customs management, export controls, sanctions screening, and trade preference management. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP GTS, end-to-end global trade processes, integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities Functional & Solution Design
- Lead SAP GTS workshops and gather business requirements across global trade functions.
- Design and configure SAP GTS solutions covering:
- Compliance Management
- Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
- Embargo Checks
- Export Control Management
- Customs Management
- Trade Preference Management
- Intrastat and Extrastat Reporting
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents.
- Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend industry-leading practices.
