Your work profile

· Lead design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Planning, Time card, Agile Development modules. · Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable ServiceNow SPM technical solutions. · Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and Script Includes to support portfolio and project management processes. · Implement end‑to‑end demand intake, approval, and project lifecycle workflows · Configure project templates, task structures, schedules, and milestones · Design and maintain portfolio structures, roadmaps, and investment plans · Configure financial plans, cost tracking, budgets, and benefits · Enable prioritization and scoring models aligned with business strategy · Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards for portfolio health, capacity, and financials · Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and define technical design impacts and dependencies. · Build and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and enterprise applications such as ITSM, CMDB, ERP, HR systems, and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. · Support UAT planning, defect triage, issue resolution, and production deployment activities, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.
