Senior Crew Operator

Opportunity Are you an excellent communicator who aspires to work in an impactful role with high performance teams, managing and executing Maersk’s Crewing strategy around operational excellence and cost leadership in a global environment? Then we might be looking for you! Maersk Crewing teams are responsible for ensuring that the close to 300 Maersk vessels flying various flags, are always manned with competent and engaged crew, while complying with various international regulations and company procedures. Crewing operations are run out of Mumbai, Singapore, Manila, and Copenhagen while supported by Marine People Teams based in Europe, India, and the Philippines. You will contribute as a high-performing member of the team responsible for carrying out the assigned operational duties and tasks. You will also be tasked with regular process reviews and be expected to drive improvements within crewing operations.
