Job Details The Role - We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Database Administrator (DBA) with 4 - 10 years of proven hands‑on experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). You will support the design, implementation, operations, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical SQL Server databases. The role requires solid skills in performance tuning, high availability, backup & recovery, and security hardening, working within a collaborative production environment and contributing to team standards and best practices. As the team expands its use of OceanBase and PostgreSQL, the ideal candidate will bring a strong willingness to learn these platforms and support migrations from SQL Server.
