Job description
We are looking for a Senior Director of Operational Excellence to join our Content Operations team in Chennai. This is an amazing opportunity to provide enterprise leadership to drive operational excellence across content operations by improving quality, scalability, speed, and cost efficiency. Lead transformation initiatives, embed continuous improvement, and modernise operations through data, automation, and digital innovation
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 18 years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or content operations leadership
- Experience leading large‑scale transformation in publishing, media, data, or technology environments
- Strong knowledge of content lifecycle, digital publishing, and metadata workflows
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile (Black Belt certification preferred)
- Experience with AI‑enabled content or automation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred

- Define and execute the Operational Excellence strategy aligned to enterprise goals.
- Lead cross‑functional, global teams and build strong operational capability.
