Senior Director - SaaS Analytics & AI

Job Description Summary The Sr Director – SaaS Analytics & AI will lead the strategy and execution of data-driven decision making, intelligent automation, and business performance optimization across the global software and subscription portfolio. This role serves as the end-to-end owner of analytics, AI solutions, and workflow automation supporting the full subscription lifecycle — including onboarding, usage insights, renewals, retention, lifecycle value optimization, and forecasting.

Software and Subscription digital transformation is one of the key priorities for the company and as a key member of the program team, this role will drive digital thread integration across software subscriptions, deliver advanced AI and analytics solutions, and support pre-sales demos and pilots to showcase data-enabled capabilities to business partners and customers.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Subscription Analytics & AI

• Lead the design and delivery of analytics for subscription lifecycle KPIs including ARR/MRR, churn, retention, expansion, usage, and cohort performance.
• Build predictive models for churn risk, upsell propensity, usage intelligence, and renewal forecasting.
• Create executive dashboards and automated reporting that support strategic decisions and portfolio reviews.
• Drive customer segmentation and behavioral insights to support targeted retention and engagement strategies.
