Job description
The job purpose of a Shift Engineer - Cluster - Backend in the cell process is to lead and oversee the backend production operations of solar cell manufacturing. This role involves managing and optimizing critical processes like fine line printing, firing, work on completion of already defind DOEs and report compilation like screen design, paste development , ensuring efficient production, maintaining high product efficiency, promoting a safe work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and industry standards effectively.
