Senior Engineer - Casting & Forging

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Review purchase requisitions and release purchase orders on suppliers.

- Collaborate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure availability of material as per execution plan to maintain service level above 95%.

- Proactively identifying risks and escalating challenges (if any) to meet expected deliveries.

- Periodically reviewing and updating master data including KANBAN maintained in system.

- Coordinating with colleagues from planning team to provide them status against pending purchase orders.

- Coordinating with colleagues from planning team to provide necessary visibility along with confirmation on technical feasibility while quoting big projects.

- Coordinating with global supply chain team, stores, logistic, quality, production, and finance teams to resolve issues related to Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle in casting/forging categories.

- Implementing ECN actions in collaboration with other stakeholders.

- Identifying challenges in supply chain and working on time bound plans to mitigate the same in coordination with global supply chain team.
