Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management

Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in M365 Suites of Products within the Cis sharepoint domain to drive collaboration and productivity solutions

Job Description

• Expert knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft 365 Suites of Products including SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and related collaboration tools

• Deep understanding of Cissharepoint skill cluster family concepts and best practices Ability to design deploy and manage enterprise level SharePoint environments and M365 collaboration solutions.

• Experience in integrating M365 applications to streamline business processes and enhance user engagement Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues related to M365 services and SharePoint infrastructure

• Knowledge of security compliance and governance within the M365 ecosystem

• Proven track record of working with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Familiarity with Power Platform Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of M365 Suites focusing on SharePoint Online and associated collaboration tools

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.

• Manage SharePoint site collections permissions and lifecycle management to ensure optimal performance and security Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations customizations and workflows.

• Provide expert guidance and support for endusers and technical teams on M365 functionalities.

• Monitor and optimize the usage of M365 applications to improve productivity and collaboration

• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to continuously enhance the environment

• Participate in troubleshooting incident management and root cause analysis related to M365 services
