Senior Engineer: Electroacoustics Engineer (Audio Systems, Sr Eng)

In this role, you will be responsible for the tuning and sound quality optimization of audio and voice for a variety of products, including earbuds, phones, PCs, XR, and vehicles. Using your expertise in signal processing, acoustic simulation, and electroacoustic principles, you will enhance the auditory experiences delivered to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, optimize, and validate audio signal processing and machine learning solutions for diverse Qualcomm products.
• Conduct acoustic analyses/assessments and validate product designs through measurement and simulation.
• Develop and validate acoustic models using simulation tools such as FEA, BEM, and COMSOL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on acoustic design integration and product development.
• Create performance reports and provide actionable sound quality recommendations.
• Design and conduct audio listening experiments, including statistical analysis.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in acoustics
