Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive productivity and cost improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing operations.
- Conduct time studies, manpower optimization, and line balancing to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce cycle time.
- Monitor key KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Labor Efficiency, and On-Time Delivery.
- Lead Kaizen, Lean, and problem-solving projects to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.
Education: BE Mechanical or Aeronautical
Experience: 7-8 Years
