Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer (Mac)
The Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer (Mac) is a senior technical practitioner responsible for the engineering, administration, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the firm’s enterprise macOS environment. The engineer will serve as a subject matter expert for macOS and Apple endpoint technologies, with primary responsibility for JAMF Pro and related capabilities supporting the management, configuration, security, application delivery, and lifecycle of enterprise Mac devices. This is a Hybrid role and works in 2pm-11pm IST shift.
Key Job Responsibilities include: This is a hands-on engineering position that combines workplace platform engineering with advanced technical troubleshooting. The successful candidate will engineer scalable Mac-management solutions, automate repeatable activities, improve platform capabilities, and investigate complex escalations that cannot be effectively resolved by the service desk or second-level support.
- Engineer, administer, and continuously improve the firm’s enterprise macOS management environment using JAMF Pro and related Apple technologies.
