This partners with the People Organization, Product and engineering teams in the US to build seamless, scalable solutions that support every stage of the employee journey—from recruiting and onboarding to development and retention. We manage a diverse suite of platforms focused predominately on Workday but also including third party platforms closely connected with Workday for talent management. This team works closely with teams across HR, Product, and Engineering functions to configure, implement, and maintain software applications that are used by Zillow Group employees in their day-to-day job activities. This team plays a critical role in ensuring that Zillow operates efficiently and effectively, and fosters a culture of inclusion and collaboration. About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Engineering to lead a team of six analysts and developers, focused on internal employee technology. This role will focus predominately on Workday but also will support adjacent people organization systems. This role requires effectively balancing the expertise and career aspirations of your team members with the organization's objectives. A proven track record of project implementation and the ability to identify opportunities for technical enhancement and drive continuous improvement initiatives are key aspects of this position.
