Senior Executive - Media Operations

Job Description: Sr. Executive – Operations Company: Dentsu India Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: 5 Days work from office About the Role We are looking for a TV & Radio Operations Executive to join our Media Operations team. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of TV and Radio campaigns, while coordinating closely with planning teams, radio stations, and other media partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day TV & Radio campaign operations and execution.
• Release and track Release Orders (ROs) as per approved media plans.
• Coordinate with TV channels, radio stations, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Ensure campaigns go live as per the approved channel/station mix, markets, dates, time bands, spot durations, and schedules.
• Monitor spot telecasts/broadcasts and identify missed spots, under-deliveries, scheduling discrepancies, or other execution issues.
• Follow up with media partners for make-goods/compensatory spots wherever required.
• Handle spot confirmations, telecast certificates/broadcast logs, and campaign documentation.
