Senior Executive - Operations

Job Description: Senior Executive – Operations Role: Senior Executive – Operations Function: Inbound, Inventory & Learning and Development Industry: E-commerce Warehousing Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inbound operations, including receiving, put-away, and system updates.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution.

• Lead and manage Warehouse Associates and Data Entry Operators (DEOs).

• Manage site-level Learning & Development, including employee induction, process training, and refresher sessions.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and operational targets.

• Prepare MIS reports and monitor performance using MS Excel and WMS.

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.

• Relevant experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, specifically inbound and inventory management.

• Experience in team handling and employee training.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
