Job Description

Financial Outcomes

• Help new partners start business faster by completing each Partner Journey stage on time.

• Maintain the Distributor Health Card and share updates with Sales Leaders.

• Make sure partners get clear and timely information on schemes and financial updates, so claims are settled correctly.

• Resolve partner issues quickly so business is not disrupted.

Customer Service

• Be the single point of contact for all distributor and co-packer issues. Track each issue until it is closed.

• Give partners a smooth first year journey, including the welcome kit and sharing of policies, scheme and engagement that impact their earnings.

• Run the quarterly partner satisfaction survey and work on improving the score.

Internal Processes

• Make sure every stage of the Partner Journey is completed and checked, from pre-onboarding.

• Work with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IT and Capability teams to close issues on time.

• Maintain one central tracker for onboarding, partner milestones and issues. Share regular updates on open /closed issues.

• Keep records of couriers, catalogues, certificates, gifts and partner communication. Send mail merge updates on programs and finance

Innovation and Learning

• Facilitate training to partners on DBSM, schemes, claims and national programs.
