Role Purpose Statement Support product & process developments of edible oils & fats for large industrial customers in areas of varied food applications
Main Accountabilities Safety in Oils & Fats R&D function
- Support key customer product developments, renovate their existing products, scale up, cost effectiveness, regulations etc
- Conduct pilot scale product development & analytical testing, scale ups, perform customer documentations etc.
- Engage actively with customers to jointly cocreate & enable smooth roll out of NPD’s, renovations, cocreate etc
- Engage with plant teams for timely certification, audits, documentation etc
- Interact with Bunge global research teams on innovation and technical matters.
- Keep abreast on latest consumer, food & regulatory trends
