Job description
- Maintain accurate supply chain transactions and records in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other business applications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, procurement, dispatches, order fulfillment, and logistics costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement, inventory holding, warehousing, and transportation costs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Support lean management, continuous improvement, and standardization initiatives.
