Job description
We are seeking a an experienced Salesforce Senior Lead, particularity in Salesforce CPQ to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
About You (Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Conga CPQ or Certified Salesforce CPQ (mandatory).
- Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, with 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
- Proven experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.
