Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our senior business leaders and functional heads. In this role, you will align people strategy with business objectives, drive workforce planning, manage talent, and foster a high-performance culture across a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership and business unit heads, providing strategic guidance on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
- Align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals to drive operational growth and efficiency.
Workforce Planning & Manpower Budgeting
- Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and manpower budgeting across multiple functions and business units.
- Evaluate organizational structure to optimize productivity, team effectiveness, and scalability.
End-to-End Talent & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee key stages of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and retention strategies.
