Job Description

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Business Partnering & commercial Finance

• Business Partnering & Commercial Finance

• Partner with commercial teams on sales planning, demand forecasting, promotional investments, and profitability optimization.

• Support pricing strategy discussions through financial modeling and margin analysis.

• Conduct periodic pricing and margin reviews across all product categories and geographies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of FDA detentions, regulatory requirements, and business risks.

• Support new product development initiatives through pricing, costing, and profitability assessments.

• Investigate and monitor grey stock movements and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Drive initiatives to improve market competitiveness while protecting profitability and margins.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning exercises for the IG Americas portfolio.

• Analyze contribution margins, gross margins, and profitability by country, category, distributor, and product portfolio.
