Job Summary The Senior Manager, Global Benefits Solutions is responsible for the strategy and design of how Equinix's benefits programs are built, configured, and delivered through technology. Sitting within the Global Benefits Centre of Excellence, this role owns the end-to-end design of how benefits interact with systems, from eligibility rules and enrollment logic to data flows and configuration standards, across a 38-country footprint.
