Role Summary

Vanguard is seeking a highly motivated technology leader to join Financial Advisor Services Technology (FAST) as a Senior Manager, IT Delivery. This role will lead teams responsible for delivering and modernizing critical technology platforms that support Vanguard’s Model Portfolio business and advisor experiences. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of applications, services, and operational capabilities that enable the delivery of investment products, advisor solutions, data-driven experiences, and business-critical workflows. The role requires balancing strategic technology transformation with operational excellence, driving scalable platforms, simplifying complex processes, and ensuring reliable delivery across a broad ecosystem of business and technology partners. This leader will play a key role in advancing Vanguard's modernization journey through cloud-native engineering, platform simplification, automation, observability, and AI-enabled capabilities. As Vanguard expands its investments in artificial intelligence, this role is expected to evolve into leading engineering teams that build and support AI-powered products, intelligent workflows, and next-generation advisor solutions.
