Senior Manager-TCF 1D Line-SCV-CV Operations-TMCV

Purpose of the Role This role will be responsible for achieving SQPDCME (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost, Morale & Environment) targets at a line & TL level, along with training operators on specific skills & driving improvement initiatives on the production line. Key Responsibility

• Implementation of Safety Management Systems at workplace
• Implementation of Quality Management Systems at workplace- Defect out flow Analysis & Quality control tools, Problem solving with various tools such as PDCA/Six Sigma/QC story etc. counter Measures and follows up for top Concerns using Pareto, Standardization Work instruction sheet implementation and Effectiveness of DIFTR, COPQ Analysis & Reduction in rejection.
• Regular communication with customer (Internal and external) to understand their pain point and meeting their expectations.
• Identification Losses and measures to eliminate Muda, ANDON analysis, Work Standardization- Review of SMH and Monitoring MOP/ HPeV and take measures for effective control
• Implementation of Cost Management Process, Monitoring IDM & Tool Cost and Monitor Power & Process water consumption
• Implementation of Environment Management System, monitor waste Bin Discipline and Hazardous Material Handling and Ensure compliance to ISO 45001:2015
• Shop level sustenance of TQM/WCQ(BIQ)/TBEM/IATF 16949 and similar initiatives.
• Having vehicle assembly knowledge, manpower handling skill.
• Basic Awareness of EV vehicle assembly and infrastructure and high voltage safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B Tech / BE or equivalent preferably in Mechanical Eng
• Experience: 4 to 10 years in Production
