Senior Officer - Quality

The Senior Officer in the Quality Assurance department of IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) will lead quality monitoring and testing of Data Centre BBT, RCP, DB and IT racks. The role requires hands‑on expertise in low voltage switchgear and bus bar trunking systems, ensuring compliance with Indian and IEC standards, and driving continuous improvement through robust quality tools and processes.

• Conduct quality inspections of BBT, RCP, DB and IT rack assemblies per Indian/IEC standards.
• Perform functional and safety testing on low voltage switchgear and bus bar trunking.
• Develop and maintain test plans, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions with production teams.
• Utilize quality monitoring tools (e.g., CMM, IR thermography, data loggers) for real‑time analysis.
• Coordinate with design and engineering to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain traceability records and ensure proper documentation in QMS.
• Support internal and external audits, providing evidence of compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on QA procedures.
• Continuously improve QA processes through data‑driven insights.

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in low voltage switchgear or bus bar trunking manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Standards (IS) and IEC standards applicable to LV equipment.
• Proficiency with quality monitoring tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with QMS (ISO 9001) and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and data centres as needed.
