Senior Order Management Specialist

Job Description Summary The Senior Order Management Specialist is responsible for independently managing complex, high-value orders, including private-sector, government, go-to-market (GTM), and multimodality orders. This role oversees the order lifecycle from order recognition through installation and revenue recognition, ensuring timely execution, contractual compliance, inventory optimization, and a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong order management and supply chain expertise, the ability to coordinate across multiple factories and stakeholders, and ownership of key operational performance metrics. The Senior Order Management Specialist also drives process improvements, resolves escalations, and mentors junior team members to strengthen overall order management performance.
