Your team Platform Enablement helps engineering teams adopt cloud platform capabilities confidently and independently. We're an advisory and acceleration function — we provide guidance, patterns, and reusable tooling, not approvals, and not ongoing operational support. Success is measured by what teams can do without us, not by how many tickets we close.

Your role in the Team’s Success We're looking for a senior engineer who can lead enablement engagements end-to-end — from initial architectural advice through to a team operating fully independently. You'll work directly with engineering teams at varying levels of platform maturity, translate patterns and anti-patterns into practical guidance, and hold the line on engineering standards across the organisation. This is a hands-on technical role with real influence: you'll shape how teams build, not just what they build.
