About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager - Flights at ixigo, you will work on the end-to-end flights product, driving growth across the booking funnel while ensuring a reliable, trustworthy experience across the customer journey. You will balance user experience, business growth, and operational efficiency across a high-volume, high-stakes product area. Responsibilities:
- Flights Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for the flights business, balancing growth, conversion, and customer experience priorities across the funnel
- Post-Booking Experience: Own key post-booking journeys including cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds, working with CX teams to identify and resolve recurring customer pain points
