We work with private companies and government bodies across agriculture, agri-banking, forestry, critical infrastructure, and aviation. Through our subsidiary KaleidEO, we are building multispectral payloads for high-definition satellite imagery with edge computing capabilities, supporting sovereign and commercial applications. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong agriculture domain knowledge and hands-on experience in product discovery, solutioning, and zero-to-one product development. Your primary focus will be identifying unmet customer needs, shaping scalable solutions, and taking new products from discovery through launch. You will use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate development and build reusable capabilities that support future products and use cases. You will also partner with commercial teams to support adoption and expansion within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Discovery

• Own deep, continuous discovery informed by market shifts, direct customer engagement and feedback, internal stakeholder insights, and the competitive landscape.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes through structured interviews, field visits, and usage analysis.
• Identify recurring problems and distinguish individual customer requests from broader product opportunities.
• Test assumptions and validate customer problems and solution concepts through research, prototypes, and targeted experiments.
