We are focused on process excellence and systems strategy, enabling smarter Go-To-Market growth and more efficient revenue management across the business.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize end-to-end Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes across lead generation, opportunity conversion, pipeline management, forecasting, CPQ/quote-to-cash, renewals, and expansion
Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and forecast accuracy to surface insights that drive revenue performance
Design and improve workflows, controls, and business rules to support scalable Go-To-Market operations
Partner with Go-To-Market and Finance teams on pricing, deal structure, and new sales motions
Identify operational gaps and lead process and system improvements across the revenue lifecycle
Translate business requirements into Salesforce/CPQ configurations and support end-to-end delivery
Operationalize policy through scalable processes and governance controls that support compliance
Drive enablement and adoption of new processes, tools, and operational standards across stakeholder teams
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus
6+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Process roles
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and CPQ tools, including platforms such as Leadspace, LeanData, Clari, ZoomInfo, Zuora, Lusha, or comparable solutions
Deep understanding of Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes within a SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements, and stakeholder alignment
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Understanding and knowledge of how to use LLM within your everyday work
Experience in scaling or SOX-compliant environments is a plus
