Senior Software Engineer – Warehouse Automation & Platform Engineering

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to help shape the future of our Warehouse Control System (MCS) and automation platform. This role goes beyond software development. You will play a key role in evolving MCS from a project-based delivery model into a scalable, configuration-driven platform. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and help establish modern platform engineering practices across the team. You will work closely with architects, software engineers, SREs, operational technology specialists, and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that integrate warehouse control systems, robotics, material handling equipment, PLC-controlled automation, enterprise applications, and future AI-enabled capabilities. Success in this role requires a combination of strong software engineering expertise, technical leadership, platform thinking, and a desire to help build the next generation of warehouse technology solutions.
