Job Description SS&C Technologies is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure application functionality, reliability, and stability.

Key responsibilities for this role include

Define end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria.
Develop and execute functional and integration test cases (both manual and automated).
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
Monitor system stability and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
Document findings, quality metrics, bug tracking, and release reporting across engineering teams.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment.
Prior experience or knowledge of wealth management or financial services (trading, investments, portfolios, compliance, etc.) is an added advantage.

You will be part of a low-ego, collaborative team where ideas are shared openly and engineers are encouraged to improve how things are done.

Required Skills Technical Skills 8+ years of QA experience, with strong expertise in test automation. Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium or Playwright) and API (Postman, Rest Assured). Strong debugging and programming skills in Java or Python, with the ability to build test automation frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to leverage AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate QA processes and activities. Demonstrated Capabilities Good verbal and written communication (English) Takes accountability and ownership of deliverables Effective problem solving Ability to foster an environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration Passion for continuous learning Focused on providing high quality deliverables
