Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. Job Description

1. Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to define business problems and generate innovative solutions.

2. Conduct in-depth business analysis, gathering and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.

3. Develop comprehensive process flows, use cases, and system architecture diagrams using UML.

4. Utilize M365 Suites of Products effectively for collaboration, documentation, and project management.

5. Create and present data-driven insights and dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to support decision-making.

6. Act as a primary liaison between business units and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

7. Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.

8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
