Position Summary Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Product Engineer ( Senior Staff level) to lead the development, qualification, release, and sustaining of advanced semiconductor power products. This role is responsible for driving product engineering execution across the full lifecycle, from silicon bring-up through high-volume production, with a strong focus on product quality, yield optimization, reliability, and customer success. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in power semiconductor technologies (e.g., Point of loads (POL), Hotswap/Efuse, Drivers solutions) and demonstrate strong ownership of complex technical challenges while influencing cross-functional teams.
