Position Summary The Senior Systems Developer / Developer III serves as the senior technical lead for the Clarity PPM platform and provides L3 technical support, complex development, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, release support, and technical solution design. The role acts as the primary internal Clarity technical SME and is responsible for resolving complex production issues, guiding technical standards, coordinating with product and infrastructure vendors, and developing broader technical capability across the support team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level L3 technical support for Clarity PPM.
- Own complex incidents and technical problems through resolution.
- Perform detailed analysis and resolution of issues involving functional configuration, custom code, application data, reports, interfaces, integrations, and workflows.
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring, critical, or technically complex production issues.
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Clarity enhancements and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain GEL scripts, NSQL queries, SQL, XOG integrations, REST APIs, XML integrations, reports, portlets, workflows, and related technical components.
