Senior Technical Assistant

Perform painting, repainting, and touch-up work on walls, ceilings, doors, window frames, railings, and other facility surfaces. Perform surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, putty application, crack filling, and primer coating. Apply emulsion paint, enamel paint, epoxy paint, and other approved coatings as per company requirements. Apply emulsion paint, enamel paint, epoxy paint, and other approved coatings as per company requirements. Inspect painted surfaces for peeling, cracks, damage, discoloration, and other defects. Knowledge of surface preparation, primer application, paint mixing, and finishing techniques. Knowledge of emulsion, enamel, epoxy, and other industrial coatings. Understanding of GMP, workplace safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements. Ability to identify surface defects and perform repair and touch-up work.
