Designation: Senior Technical Executive Job Location: Eco world, Bangalore Experience Required: 5 -7 years relevant experience in facility management managing Oversees corporate clients.
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts Work Schedule: 6 days/week
Duties & responsibilities
- To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
- Assist in providing comprehensive facility contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
- Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Chief Engineer / Account Manager.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements targets.
