Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Oracle HCM Architect / Solution Architect with 10–15 years of experience in leading Oracle HCM Cloud solution design, functional architecture, and transformation programs. The candidate should have strong expertise in at least 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor, along with working knowledge of other HCM modules. The role requires strong client advisory capability, solution ownership, delivery governance, and the ability to define scalable Oracle HCM architecture across complex business environments. Required Skills

• Strong expertise in any 4 or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules from:

o Core HR o Payroll o Absence o Time & Labor

• Working knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Security, Talent
• Deep understanding of enterprise HCM processes, cross-module dependencies, and integrated solution design.
• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and solution design in complex engagements.
• Strong understanding of functional configuration, reporting, integrations, data migration, approvals, security, and deployment dependencies.
• Ability to define scalable, future-ready Oracle HCM solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Experience in solution governance, design reviews, issue escalation, and delivery quality management.
