Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Adobe Solution Architect with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Orchestration (CO). This role will serve as the technical leader for Adobe MarTech initiatives, driving solution strategy, architecture governance, platform adoption, and delivery excellence across enterprise customer engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define the Adobe MarTech architecture vision and roadmap.
- Partner with business, product, marketing, and technology leadership to align customer engagement capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Drive architecture decisions, platform standards, and solution governance.
Solution Architecture
- Lead end-to-end architecture design for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Orchestration implementations.
- Design scalable customer engagement ecosystems leveraging AEP, Real-Time CDP, customer profiles, audience services, and decisioning capabilities.
- Define integration patterns across CRM, data warehouses, customer data platforms, and enterprise applications.
