Job Description Job Title- SDET — Full Stack Developer & QA Automation Location- Pune | Hybrid Experience- 5+ Years Reports To- Engineering Manager / Team Lead Primary Skills- SDET / QA Automation, Java 8 & J2EE, Selenium / Playwright, API Testing, JUnit / TestNG, SQL & CI/CD ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who combines full-stack Java development expertise with strong test automation capabilities. The role involves developing and maintaining enterprise applications while owning automated testing across UI, API, and data layers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing feature development with building and maintaining automated test coverage. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), regulated industries, manufacturing, life sciences, or formula-based product environments is highly desirable. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Development
- Develop and maintain enterprise application features using Java 8 and Java EE/J2EE within an MVC architecture.
- Work with Servlets, EJBs, DAOs, DTOs, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, and SQL.
- Build and consume REST APIs using Jersey / JAX-RS.
- Support applications deployed on WildFly, JBoss, Apache TomEE, or similar application servers.
- Work across MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, DocumentDB, and Neo4j.
- Maintain and enhance web interfaces using jQuery, Bootstrap, and DataTables.
