Computacenter looking for Change manager who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all changes to the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role ensures that changes are implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations, and in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the lifecycle of change requests from initiation to closure, ensuring all changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner.
- Chair and lead CAB meetings to evaluate, approve, and prioritize changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Review and assess change requests for potential risks and impacts on IT infrastructure and business operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce change management policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
