This role ensures that service offerings are clearly defined, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs and IT service management standards. The specialist works closely with service owners, support teams, and process managers to ensure the catalogue supports efficient request fulfilment and enhances the end-user experience
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain the IT service and request catalogue, ensuring services are accurately described, categorised, and accessible to users.
- Ensure catalogue content is aligned with ITIL service management principles and organisational standards.
- Monitor and improve the usability and performance of the request catalogue, including user interface and navigation.
