Your role at a glance The Services Product Offer Specialist is responsible for supporting the lifecycle management, documentation, configuration and continuous improvement of service offerings that complement NTT Global Data Centers’ space products. Reporting to the Manager, Product Offering for Services, this role helps ensure service offerings are clearly defined, commercially viable, operationally executable and accurately reflected across Salesforce, CPQ and customer-facing materials.

This role supports service offerings connected to colocation space, power density configurations, energy related offerings, operational support services, customer implementation needs and adjacent data center services. The Specialist coordinates with Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal and regional teams to maintain accurate service definitions, offering structures, pricing inputs, service boundaries and sales enablement materials.
