Job description
Job Purpose Plan, coordinate , implement and maintain unified IT solutions for effective running of IT function. Job Context & Major Challenges Job Context:
IT needs to provide and support infrastructure for effective information and communication systems. This position is required to support ever changing Information Technology and user expectations.
Major Challenges
- Managing high uptime of WAN link thru service provider for which dependency is with third party
- Providing quick resolution & guiding engineer with minimum inputs from user w.r.t problem
- Controlling unauthorised software installations
- Induce user to adopt best IT practices & work in secured mannerpid technological challenges due to fast absolution & remote location of the unit.

- Close the calls as per agreed SLAs
