The Shift Security Incharge leads shift operations, ensures compliance, supervises guards, executes SOPs, responds to incidents, and maintains documentation and shift reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

• Shift command: Oversee daily deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel. Plan duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation based on site Conduct regular briefings, training, and refreshers on security protocols. Ensure guards follow SOPs, grooming standards, and operational discipline.
