We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our cloud-based services remain stable, available, secure, scalable, and reliable. This is a hands-on role that combines cloud operations, production support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, observability, automation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Engineering, Platform, and Support teams to strengthen operational excellence, improve service reliability, and drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and enhance overall system performance. You'll make a difference by:
- Bringing hands-on experience in managing and supporting production environments with a strong focus on availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrating expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure operations.
- Participating in incident response, troubleshooting production issues, and driving effective root cause analysis.
- Leveraging logs, metrics, traces, and observability tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve production challenges.
