Job description
Position Summary Lead IP Core Network Operations and Service Assurance across multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, Fortinet, SD-WAN, BRAS, CGNAT, DDI/DNS, Load Balancers and Wi-Fi platforms. Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex network issues, drive network quality improvements, support critical customer escalations, and work closely with Engineering teams and OEMs for RCA, optimization and core network enhancements. Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for IP/MPLS Core, ILL, Broadband, Wi-Fi and centralized network services.
- Provide lightning-fast fault isolation, troubleshooting and resolution with corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide TAC-level technical support for critical and complex network incidents and customer escalations.
- Ensure network uptime, SLA compliance, KPI achievement and superior customer experience.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, L2/L3 routing, routers, switches, firewalls and security platforms.
