This Position reports to: Head of IS Security, Risk and Compliance

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have to lead the implementation and management of Segregation of Duties (SoD) services for globally EUR region and all supported countries, serving as the operational backbone of ABB's global SOD service model. Accountable for robust access control design, global ruleset governance, and continuous risk assessment across all Business Areas' SAP systems.

Establishes strategies, frameworks and processes for SoD compliance, user access management, control testing and risk mitigation aligned with ICoR and ITGC requirements. Manages a team of 6-7 SoD specialists and drives continuous improvement in access governance, audit readiness, and organizational compliance across the EUR region.

Strategy & SoD Governance: Defines and continuously improves the global SoD service delivery framework aligned with ABB Group standards and ICoR requirements. Contributes to SoD automation, and continuous ruleset enhancement. Establishes SoD best practices, methodologies, and governance standards for the global function.
