About the role The Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst plays a critical role in managing software assets from procurement through retirement. This person will own license compliance, software audits, vendor contract tracking, and SAM tooling—working cross-functionally to optimize software spend and build a mature SAM practice. The SAM Analyst will develop dashboards and reporting that support IT budgeting, compliance assurance, and executive visibility into software utilization across the enterprise.
