Department Overview The UXE organization designs and delivers high-performance Wave PTX client applications and web portals, combining intuitive user experiences with the strict reliability required for mission-critical environments. Job Description o Proficiency in Telecom Domain with hands-on experience developing high quality mobile applications for public safety and enterprise communication using Android and Flutter frameworks. o VoIP Protocol Mastery: Extensive experience with SIP, RTP, RTCP, TCP/UDP protocols

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

Android Development Expertise o Advanced Java Programming: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java for Android development. Hands on Knowledge on Flutter or similar cross platform would be good. o Kotlin: Working knowledge and experience integrating Kotlin modules in o Java-based projects o Android SDK: Deep understanding of Android SDK (API 35+), Activity/Fragment o lifecycle, Services, BroadcastReceivers o Android Architecture: Repository pattern, and Android Architecture o Components o Gradle Build System: Proficiency with multi-module Gradle projects, build variants, flavors, and dependency management o Android Studio Proficiency with debugging tools, profilers, and build optimization o Android Platform Knowledge Android APIs Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Android framework APIs Android Components: Activity, Fragment, Services, Content Providers, Intent filters o Android System Features: Power management, background limits, telephony APIs Native Development & JNI Integration o JNI (Java Native Interface): Hands-on experience bridging Java/Kotlin with native C/C++ code o SWIG Integration: Working with SWIG-generated wrapper classes for native API exposure o Memory Management: Understanding of memory allocation, deallocation, and leak prevention between Java and native layers o Multithreading & Performance: Multithreading, Thread Management, Synchronization, Concurrency, Performance Optimization
